Black Butte Log Ground House, Summit of Black Butte, Deschutes National Forest, Oregon
This log cabin was built in 1979–80, through the cooperative efforts of the YACC program and the Sisters Ranger District personnel. The building was prefabricated in Sisters, taken apart and flown by helicopter to the top where it was reconstructed.

This cabin is in Ripton, Vermont. It’s so pretty there. Right in the Green Mountains of Vermont. This cabin is owned by Middlebury College.
